Job summary

Contract Resources is seeking a highly skilled Project Specialist to support the delivery of specialised industrial and mechanical services across WA operations. You will work with operations, maintenance and project teams to ensure equipment readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance on major energy projects.

The role demands extensive mechanical knowledge, problem solving, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining a safety-first mindset in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage complex mechanical, hydraulic and operational issues.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential.
• Experience supporting industrial and mechanical service projects in high-risk environments.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of specialised industrial and mechanical service projects.
• Maintain and support core equipment including HPW pumps, vacuum systems and pneumatic equipment.
• Provide technical guidance on methodologies and equipment applications.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in safety audits, inspections and risk assessments.
• Develop project reports, operational plans and performance documentation.
• Support asset integrity, maintenance and reliability initiatives.
• Liaise with technicians, contractors and OEMs to resolve issues.
