Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action – Energy Group seeks a Project Director, Transaction, to lead Victoria's offshore wind auction, delivering a robust, fair and successful process that sets the standard for future projects. You will manage a high-performing team and engage with senior decision-makers and industry partners to maximise value for Victoria.

The role requires extensive experience in major infrastructure transactions, strong project leadership, and deep knowledge

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading major infrastructure transactions.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• Sound commercial judgement and governance understanding.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HVHR framework will be highly regarded.

• Lead end-to-end offshore wind auction transaction.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver the procurement process.
