Qube Energy is seeking an Offshore Logistics Supervisor to manage end-to-end offshore logistics for the Crux field. You will coordinate vessels, materials, and personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

This fixed-term contract runs until July 2027, with a 22 days on / 20 days off roster. You will lead material manifesting, stock control, and DG documentation, liaising with AMSA and regulators while supervising 3PLs and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Offshore logistics experience with emphasis on large projects.
• Certifications listed above are required or highly preferred.
• Proficient with Kabal logistics software and MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead offshore logistics operations, coordinating vessels and materials.
• Assist with people movement planning and coordination.
• Own manifesting, stocktaking, and DG documentation per regs.
• Liaise with AMSA and regulators for compliance.
• Oversee 3PLs, contractors, and internal teams.
• Participate in daily Control of Work meetings.
