Qube Energy is seeking an experienced Operations Superintendent for the Resources, Supply Base & Projects portfolio in Western Australia. This role leads end-to-end operational delivery, balancing safety, performance and profitability while engaging with customers and internal stakeholders.

You will drive workforce planning, cost control and project readiness, delivering strong financial performance and continuous improvement across warehousing, supply base and project activities.

• Proven leadership experience in operational environments.
• Strong people leadership and team development capability.
• Experience managing operational performance and customer relationships.
• Commercial and financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem solving skills.
• Experience managing workforces within high risk operational environments.
• Commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead operational delivery across Resources, Supply Base and Project activities throughout WA.
• Drive operational excellence across warehousing, logistics, supply chain and project delivery functions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a senior operational representative of Qube.
• Champion QUBE SAFE principles and foster a culture where safety is the highest priority.
• Lead workforce planning, labour allocation and operational resource optimisation.
• Manage operational performance, forecasting, budgeting and cost control.
• Support commercial opportunities, quotations, contract mobilisations and business growth initiatives.
• Identify operational risks, constraints and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Develop frontline leaders, supervisors and operational teams.
• Deliver monthly operational and financial performance reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and scalable operational delivery.
• Drive operational readiness to support future contract growth and project mobilisation activities.
