Job summary

Fluor Corp in Perth seeks an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead a multi-discipline team on an offshore FPSO asset in Equatorial Guinea. You will oversee safe, reliable maintenance across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems during rotations.

Reporting to the Offshore Installation Manager, you will drive maintenance planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a strong safety culture while delivering cost-effective outcomes for the asset.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in engineering discipline
• Offshore maintenance superintendent experience in oil & gas FPSO/marine contexts
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems and asset integrity
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams offshore

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance supervisors, engineers, technicians, vendors and subcontractors
• Ensure maintenance and condition monitoring activities are safe and efficient
• Promote permit-to-work, risk assessments and isolation procedures
• Oversee planned and corrective maintenance for vessel and process systems
• Ensure compliance with Class, Flag State and regulatory requirements
• Manage maintenance planning, spares, and CMMS-based materials control
