Seek is recruiting for an experienced Office Manager/Operations Coordinator to support three-site general practice in Nowra/Bomaderry. You will work closely with the Practice Manager and Associates to oversee people, administration, systems and operations.

Working closely with the Practice Manager and Associates, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation across people, administration, systems and operations.
This role will suit an experienced Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, Practice Manager, Business Manager, or someone with strong administrative and organisational experience looking to take the next step in their career.

Bachelor of Business, Commerce, or equivalent discipline (Preferred not required)
Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis and management reporting (Preferred not required)
Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource frameworks and employment standards
Desirable: Experience managing business IT systems and digital infrastructure
Diploma of Practice Management or equivalent qualification (Preferred not required)
Substantial leadership experience in medical administration (Preferred not required))
Demonstrated experience in a General Practice setting
Support the Practice Manager and Associates with the day-to-day operations of the organisation.
Coordinate administration, meetings, documentation, policies and procedures.
Provide HR support including recruitment, onboarding, staff records, rostering, leave and timesheets.
Coordinate staff training, education, accreditation and compliance requirements.
Oversee office systems, facilities, IT and general operational requirements.
Assist with financial administration, expenses, contracts, fees and business reporting.
Support risk management, governance, insurance and regulatory requirements.
Manage the organisation’s website, digital presence and general communications.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and the experience of staff and patients.
Provide general operational support and take ownership of projects as required.
