Bullhorn is seeking an Office Manager & HR Coordinator (APAC) for our Sydney team. The role focuses on keeping the office running smoothly, managing inventories and budgets, coordinating vendors, and planning engagement events for APAC, including remote staff.

As our Office Manager & HR Coordinator (APAC), you'll work closely with managers and employees to make sure our Sydney office is running smoothly - managing inventory, vendors, shipping, and budgets, and scheduling events and meetings. You're the face of our organisation and the champion of our culture, taking the lead on planning our social events and parties, and giving guests and new hires an incredible experience at Bullhorn. You'll also provide light-touch support to our regional HR, onboarding, and recruitment processes. This is a part-time role, three days a week, office-based.
