Here’s what a typical day might look like for you:
You’re the heartbeat of the business. You love being front of house, keeping things moving and making every visitor and team member feel looked after. If you are currently in an EA/PA role or supporting an executive, this role isn’t the one for you. If you love people, coordination and being the first face people see – this is the role for you!
Your success here will be defined by the energy you bring to work every day. You’ll love what you do and have a “roll up your sleeves and get things done” approach. You won’t shy away from a challenge and will always own the problem. Here are the essentials you’ll need for this role:
You’re a natural self-starter who spots what needs improving and just gets on with it – whether that’s streamlining a process or setting up a better system. You take genuine ownership of the office, allowing our leadership to focus on other priorities, confident that things are running smoothly without constant oversight.
