Qualifications

• Genuine passion for coffee and customer service.
• Previous barista experience is essential.
• Reliable, trustworthy and comfortable taking ownership.
• Comfortable standing, walking and bending for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome staff and visitors with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Build strong relationships with staff and be a welcoming face around the office.
• Prepare high-quality coffee from start to finish.
• Adjust and monitor the coffee grind daily for the perfect brew.
• Clean and maintain café equipment and ensure efficiency.
• Monitor inventory and manage café supply orders.
• Prepare coffee in bulk for events and functions.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Unpack catered lunches and keep the kitchen and café areas clean.
• Take ownership of the café and continually improve the experience.
