Job summary

Hoban is seeking an experienced Agency Coordinator for a State Election project in Port Melbourne. You will deliver high-level administrative and operational support, coordinate workflows and ensure timely, accurate completion of tasks across support teams.

Key duties include managing inquiries, workforce scheduling, data tracking, and producing reports. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to guide junior staff, all within a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Assignment Details

Dates: 2 November - 13 December
Location: Port Melbourne (No parking on site- see transport information below)
Rate: $42.49 per hour + Super
Available Shifts: 7:00am - 5:00pm | 2:30pm - 1:00am | 12:00am - 8:30am

About the Role

About You

Physical Requirements
  • Regular movement between sitting, standing and walking
  • Walking across operational sites
  • Safe lifting and movement of materials and equipment (up to 13kg)
