Qualifications

• PhD in a related discipline and/or relevant work experience.
• Proven mentorship and professional development experience at scale.
• Strong leadership and ability to build collaborative partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, design and implement the Centre’s inter-disciplinary Researcher Development Program in Oceanography.
• Provide mentorship to HDR students and early career researchers.
• Develop learning activities and resources for postgraduate students and researchers.
• Maintain links with industry and profession for professional development.
• Recruit and retain students and researchers from under-represented groups.
