Job summary

Healthproof is seeking a Mobile Occupational Therapist to support clients in their homes and communities across Western Sydney, helping them live more independently through tailored, real-world therapy.

You’ll assess needs, design personalised plans, deliver hands-on therapy (equipment, home mods, capacity building), manage a diverse caseload across NDIS and aged care, and collaborate with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• OT degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with AHPRA registration.
• Driver’s licence and access to a car.
• Full Australian work rights.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• 1 year of experience (or more; open to all levels).

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with complex needs (disability, developmental conditions, injury recovery)
