Cross Care Ltd. in Campbelltown, NSW, is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team within an NDIS-registered provider.

You will deliver person-centred services to private clients and NDIS participants across clinics, homes, schools and community spaces, supported by training, supervision and mentoring. Qualifikationen

• Certification in Occupational Therapy required.

About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist at Cross Care Campbelltown, you will have the opportunity to join a passionate and diverse multidisciplinary team within an NDIS registered provider that strives to deliver positive outcomes through a strength-based approach. Your colleagues will include practitioners from diverse fields such as psychology, social work, behaviour support, and speech pathology. Successful applicants will be fully supported by our multidisciplinary team to receive any required training, supervision, and mentoring that may be needed to enhance the applicant’s professional development and allow them to excel in their areas of interest and expertise.

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to support private clients and NDIS participants from a wide variety of backgrounds, ages, cultures, communities, and abilities to enable meaningful changes to their lives. You will be able to work with individuals across a diverse range of settings within the South West Sydney area, including at our state of the art Campbelltown clinic, homes, schools, and other local community spaces.

We are currently offering the following positions:

Full-time Occupational Therapist
Part-time Occupational Therapist

Experience is preferred. However, new graduates are more than welcome to apply - with a professional development program available if necessary.

Requirements:

Relevant certification in Occupational Therapy

Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration

Ability to travel to clients to facilitate in-person service delivery

Ability to tailor therapies based on the individual needs of clients

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Professional communication and report writing skills

Have a passion for supporting clients from all cultures and backgrounds

It's preferred that applicants also possess, or be willing to obtain the following, prior to employment:

Driver’s License

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

NDIS Worker’s Check (NDISWC)

Police Check

Schedule:

Flexible hours

Monday to Friday (Saturdays available but only if you would like to work them)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year (plus Superannuation)
