Job summary

MedHealth Group is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead the Penrith team across Western Sydney. You will guide a multidisciplinary group, ensure high-quality outcomes, and support graduate clinicians with supervision and development opportunities.

You will balance leadership duties with a reduced caseload while maintaining a high standard of therapeutic service delivery, with true flexibility in hours and days to suit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• CP Membership with AHPRA required.
• Experience guiding and supervising clinicians in disability services.

• Current Certified Practising Membership with AHPRA
