Drake International partners with a leading Allied Health provider across Tasmania to offer Occupational Therapist roles in Dodges Ferry, Launceston, Moonah and Mornington. Opportunities suit New Graduates, Early Career and Experienced Clinicians.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, supporting paediatric and adult caseloads with assessments, therapy interventions and recommendations to improve independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering person-centred care.
• Experience in NDIS, community, rehab or disability services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in assessments, therapy and complex supports.

Responsabilités

• Perform Functional Capacity Assessments.
• Carry out Assistive Technology assessments and prescriptions.
• Conduct home and environmental assessments.
• Deliver therapy interventions for adults/paediatric clients.
• Complete NDIS reporting and recommendations.
• Provide home modification recommendations.
• Deliver community and clinic-based appointments.
• Liaise with families, carers and stakeholders.

ROLE DESCRIPTION / COMPANY BRIEF

Drake International is partnering with a leading Allied Health provider with a strong presence across Tasmania. Due to continued growth, multiple Occupational Therapist opportunities are available across Dodges Ferry, Launceston, Moonah and Mornington for New Graduates, Early Career and Experienced Clinicians.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will support participants across paediatric and adult caseloads, completing assessments, therapy interventions and recommendations that improve independence and quality of life.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Functional Capacity Assessments
• Assistive Technology assessments and prescription
• Home and environmental assessments
• Therapy interventions for adults and/or paediatric clients
• NDIS reporting and recommendations
• Home modification recommendations
• Community and clinic-based appointments
• Liaising with families, carers and stakeholders

KEY REQUIREMENTS
