Procare Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

You will assess and case manage injured clients, support return-to-work goals, and collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold qualifications as an Occupational Therapist with registration/accreditation.
• 2+ years experience in occupational rehabilitation (preferred).
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Honest, accountable and thrives in a collaborative team.
• Growth mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Access to a vehicle and a valid driver license.
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist injured individuals in their recovery journey and support return to work and life.
• Deliver assessments and case management across diverse client portfolios.
• Apply clinical expertise to help clients achieve pre‑injury or new employment goals.
• Build relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
