MedHealth in Sydney is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support clients across the lifespan, in both clinic and community settings. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, applying client-centred strategies to build independence in daily activities and meaningful tasks.
You'll have access to supervision, ongoing PD, and a supportive environment that values growth, collaboration, and flexible options to balance work and life while delivering high-quality care.
This is one of those roles where you get a bit of everything—in the best way.
You’ll work across both clinic and community settings, supporting clients across the lifespan to build confidence, independence, and skills they can actually use in everyday life. Some days, you’ll be in the clinic bouncing ideas around with your team. Other days, you’ll be out in the community- seeing therapy come to life where it really counts.
You won’t be doing it alone either. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team- sharing ideas, talking through cases, and learning from each other as you go. It’s hands-on, meaningful work, with the right balance of autonomy and support.
You’ll be joining a team that genuinely looks out for each other- whether you need a second opinion, or are having one of those days, you won’t be on your own. It’s an environment where you can ask questions, think out loud, and be open about the tricky stuff- no pressure to have it all figured out.
If you’re early in your career, you’ll gain confidence quickly with the right support around you. If you’re more experienced, you’ll have room to stretch, lead, and shape what’s next.
We know the day-to-day matters- but so do the extras.
What you'll bring
Our team’s impact has been recognised with Most Outstanding Health Service awards in 2023, 2024, and 2026, and we were named a finalist for Outstanding Employer of Choice in 2025- which we think says a lot about the kind of team you’ll be joining.
If you’re looking for a role where you can grow your skills, feel genuinely supported, and enjoy coming to work each day (yes, really)- we'd love to hear from you.
