Real Therapy Solutions is offering a 12-month Graduate Program for Occupational Therapists in New South Wales. You’ll begin with intensive induction training, a reduced caseload for the first four months, and strong supervision to help you grow confidence and clinical reasoning from day one.

Job Description

This isn't a role where you're handed a full caseload, shown your desk, and expected to figure it out. Our program is designed to help you grow your confidence, build your skills, and enjoy being a clinician from day one.

You'll be surrounded by experienced clinicians who genuinely want to see you succeed. You'll have time to learn. Time to ask questions. Time to develop into the practitioner you want to become., Our 12-month structured Graduate Program begins with 12 weeks of intensive induction training, giving you a strong foundation before you're expected to work independently.

We deliberately ease you into clinical practice with a reduced caseload for your first four months, so you can focus on learning, developing your clinical reasoning, and building confidence.

You'll also have:

• Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision for your first six months then fortnightly
• Monthly coaching sessions with clinic mentors
• A dedicated buddy throughout the entire program
• Consistent professional development opportunities to keep your learning moving forward
• Regular catch-ups and social events with fellow graduates
• Plenty of regular opportunities to observe clinicians across multiple disciplines
• Access to a MedHealth Academy for endless learning opportunities and PD
• Diverse caseload supporting clients across the lifespan
