Ability Action Australia is a national therapy services provider delivering outcomes for NDIS participants across ages and settings. Our graduate program supports new OT grads with structured onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing supervision to build confidence, clinical reasoning and practical experience.

In this role you will support participants in community or clinic environments, complete assessments, write reports, and advocate with carers to help achieve goals, while enjoying flexible work

• Supporting participants in the community or clinic
