Job summary

Physio Inq Pty is a national community-based allied health provider offering a supportive, non-sink-or-swim environment for new graduates. The onboarding is structured, with supervision and shadowing from seniors to build confidence before you see your own clients.

You will start with a balanced caseload, under guidance, with MDT collaboration, and a clear progression path toward independent practice within 4–6 months. Generous PD allowances and setup funds are provided.

• New graduates welcomed and supported throughout onboarding.
• Structured onboarding and orientation for clinical introduction.
• Shadow senior clinicians before treating own clients.

Responsibilities

• Participate in MDT practice with supervision.
• Build up to running 4 clients per day as confidence grows.
