Job summary

Healthcarelink Support is seeking multiple Occupational Therapists from new grads to senior OTs for community-based roles in Melbourne. You will assess, plan and deliver evidence-based therapies to clients across all ages, helping them regain daily living skills and work-related abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in occupational therapy is required.
• Current Full AHPRA Registration (we will consider Limited AHPRA in some cases).
• Current Australian Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and goals.
• Develop individualised treatment plans addressing patient needs and goals.
• Implement treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate clients and families on therapy processes and techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients throughout therapy.

Education
