Connect2Care is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a community-based role in Brisbane, with flexible work options including home/ hubs. New grads welcome. The role covers paediatric and adult clients, with a focus on NDIs, AT assessments, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

The position is full-time or part-time, with relocation support available across interstate and international borders, and a strong emphasis on supervision and professional development.

Competenze

• Require qualification in Occupational Therapy and licensure to practice (AHPRA).
• Experience with NDIs and pediatric/adult populations is preferred.

As an OT at Connect2Care, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through a blend of community, telehealth, and centre-based care. This mobile role allows flexibility to work from home or our hubs when not with clients.

Key responsibilities

Assess and treat clients with diverse needs (paediatrics + adults)

Support NDIS goals and functional outcomes

Provide AT assessments and recommendations

Write clear, timely reports

Manage a varied caseload and meet clinical targets

Collaborate with families, referrers and other stakeholders

Engage in regular supervision and professional development
