Job summary

Healthcarelink Support in Melbourne’s West is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our client’s expanding team. This clinic-based role includes mentorship for junior OTs and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team across Truganina and Deer Park.

You will manage a mixed caseload across the lifespan, delivering comprehensive assessments and individualized therapy plans while contributing to high-quality, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Passion for mentoring and supporting early-career therapists.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based assessments and interventions.
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans based on client goals.
• Provide mentorship and clinical supervision to junior team members.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary allied health team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
