Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking graduates to join its 2027 OT program. If you graduate in 2026, you’ll enter a national therapy services provider that supports NDIS participants and their families with care in the community and clinic settings.

You’ll complete assessments, write reports and support participants with therapy while being mentored with weekly supervision, professional development and opportunities to grow. A supportive environment helps you develop clinically and professionally.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration.
• Curious, compassionate and eager to learn.
• Keen for flexibility, growth and strong support.

Responsibilities

• Supporting participants in the community or clinic.
