Job summary

Ability Action Australia is offering an Occupational Therapist Graduate Program for 2027, designed to support new grads with structured supervision and real-world experience across community and clinic settings.

Graduates will receive a guaranteed salary of $86,800 plus super, generous PD allowance, travel reimbursement and ongoing mentorship to build clinical confidence and independent practice.
