Ability Action Australia is recruiting for its 2027 Graduate OT program. If you’re graduating in 2026, you’ll join a national therapy services team that supports NDIS participants, kids, teens and adults with weekly supervision and structured growth.
As a Graduate OT, you’ll complete assessments, write reports, support participants in community and clinic settings, and work toward becoming a clinically confident practitioner with ample PD and career development opportunities.
Welcome to Ability Action Australia! We’re a national therapy services provider helping NDIS participants, kids, teens and adults get more out of life every day.
Our teams are supportive, our vibes are friendly, our supervision is actually weekly (shocking, we know), and our Grad Program is designed to turn you from “fresh grad” to “confident clinician” in record time, without the burnout.
