Monash Health invites an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Mobile Support & Treatment Team in the adult mental health portfolio. This Grade 3 role is 0.8 EFT, ongoing, delivering specialist OT services in community settings and contributing to recovery-focused care.

You will assess, plan and implement occupation-based interventions, work in home and community environments, and support consumers with complex needs while collaborating with families, carers and multidisciplinary

Qualificações

• Registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) is required.
• Experience in adult mental health within community, inpatient, or rehab settings.
• Strong skills in assessment, formulation, intervention planning, and functional rehab.
• Ability to conduct Functional Capacity Assessments and support NDIS processes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and recovery-focused interventions.
• Provide home and community-based support through assertive outreach.
• Develop daily living, community participation, and self-management skills.
• Perform functional, cognitive, sensory and environmental assessments for planning.
• Contribute to NDIS access, planning and reviews with documentation.
• Collaborate with families, carers and stakeholders to support recovery.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and participate in service development.
• Provide supervision to OT students and junior staff.
