Everyday Independence is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Albury to provide life-changing OT services to NDIS participants. The role supports diverse settings, from homes to schools and community centres, within an interdisciplinary team.

You’ll develop therapy plans, leverage evidence-based tools, and collaborate with families and carers to maximise funding and outcomes. Flexible full-time/part-time options and generous professional development accompany a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• General AHPRA Registration
• A positive and flexible approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Commitment to personal and professional development
• Valid driver's license
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, however not essential

Responsibilities

• Working in diverse settings: homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, community centres
• Create therapy plans and provide life-changing occupational therapy to support participants in achieving goals and maximizing NDIS funding
• Work within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and supports (family, carers, friends)
• Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub, sharing stories of impact
• Tap into knowledge and support from Team Leader and Therapy Mentor
