Job summary

ORS Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist or Senior Occupational Therapist to join a 120+ OT team in our growing ND​IS division. You will assess and intervene for paediatric clients, covering areas from sensory and AT assessments to home modifications and daily living skills.

The role offers supervision and mentoring from experienced managers, flexible work options including work-from-home, and opportunities to lead in paediatrics, mental health or AT/home mods.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
• 12 months of OT experience preferred.
• Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility to register).
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Ability to obtain required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide intervention for paediatric clients with various diagnoses and disabilities.
• Conduct SIL assessments, sensory assessments and AT assessments.
• Perform home modifications assessments, functional daily living skills assessments and environmental risk assessments.
• Deliver skill building and ongoing therapy with client-centred goals.
• Collaborate with a large OT team in the NDIs division and with families.
