Job summary

MedHealth, a leading provider to the NDIS, is expanding its multidisciplinary team in Liverpool and surrounding areas. We are hiring Occupational Therapists for full-time or part-time roles, offering flexibility to tailor hours and days to your lifestyle.

You will conduct in-home and community assessments, set person-centred goals, and collaborate with families and coordinators to deliver high-quality care with access to office and clinic spaces.

Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA.
• Proven ability to work independently in community settings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting people with disability.

Responsibilities

• Complete functional assessments with participants in homes and communities.
• Set meaningful, person-centred goals based on real-life routines and needs.
• Provide recommendations for environmental modifications in home, school and work settings.
• Identify and prescribe appropriate Assistive Technology to promote independence.
• Collaborate with families, support coordinators and the team to ensure smooth service delivery.
