Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver life-changing OT services for NDIS participants in Melton and surrounding suburbs.
This full-time or part-time role offers strong supervision, professional development, and a flexible arrangement to fit your life.

You will work across homes, schools and community settings, building collaborative care plans with an interdisciplinary team and contributing to a values-driven culture of inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• General AHPRA Registration.
• Valid Australian driver’s license.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check.
• Experience in NDIS/disability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in diverse settings from homes, schools, playgrounds to community centres.
• Create therapy plans and provide life-changing OT to support NDIs participants and funding.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary health team.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and supports (family, carers, friends).
• Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub and engage with supervision.
