Job summary

SustainHealth Recruitment is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a growing multidisciplinary allied health team supporting people living with disability. This role offers a varied caseload, strong clinical support and flexibility to develop areas of interest.

You’ll work with experienced clinicians, with supervision, professional development and resources to provide client-centred care. Flexible work options available, including remote work where appropriate.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload.
• Client-centred approach to assessment and intervention.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied community-based NDIS caseload.
• Complete assessments and develop individualised intervention plans.
• Work across clinical areas with supervision to develop skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Complete clinical documentation and reports.
• Provide recommendations on equipment, AT and home modifications.
