Job summary

The Humanity Health Group is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a flexible role across clinic, community and telehealth settings on the Central Coast. You’ll conduct assessments, deliver evidence-based interventions and develop person-centred programs with goals that matter to clients.

Join a supportive multidisciplinary team, collaborate with families and health professionals, and help clients increase independence and participation in everyday life.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current or eligible AHPRA registration is required.
• Interest in NDIS, disability or community therapy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
• Driver's licence and access to a vehicle for community work.
• NDIS worker clearances or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments.
• Delivering evidence-based, person-centred interventions.
• Developing individualised therapy programs aligned with client goals.
• Supporting clients to improve independence, function and participation in daily life.
• Completing functional assessments, reports and clinical documentation.
• Collaborating with families, support coordinators and other health professionals.
• Managing your caseload with flexibility across community and telehealth appointments.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in line with NDIS and organisational requirements.

Depending on your experience and interests, your role may include:

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
