Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess participants and create therapy plans.

• Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to case discussions.
• Receive guidance from Team Leader and Therapy Mentor.

Salary – $82,106 – $110,143 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading) + superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000

Supervision and Support – Valued at up to $22,000

Caseload – Opportunities to specialise in paediatrics, youth or adult streams

Professional Development – PD allowance negotiable

About The Role

We are looking for Occupational Therapists to provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants. This position is ideal if you are seeking a full-time position, however part-time would also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Working in the social model means you’ll work in diverse settings; from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres
• Utilizing an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment, you'll create therapy plans and provide life-changing occupational therapy to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding
• Work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals
• Building meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)
• Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub; sharing stories of impact, coffee and laughs
• You’ll tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor

To Be Considered For This Role You’ll Need
