Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver life-changing OT services to NDIS participants across various settings. Roles are suitable for full-time, with part-time options (4 days) or a 9-day fortnight.

Salary ranges from AUD 82,106 to AUD 110,143 per year, with superannuation, vehicle options, laptop, mobile and potential salary boosts. Relocation up to AUD 5,000 is available where applicable, with valued support including PD and mentoring.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• General AHPRA Registration required.

Responsibilities

• Work in diverse settings: homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres.
• Assess participants and create therapy plans to maximise NDIS funding.
• Provide life-changing occupational therapy to help participants achieve goals.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants, families and carers.

About The Role

We are looking for Occupational Therapists to provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants. This position is ideal if you are seeking a full-time position, however part-time would also be considered.

• Working in the social model means you’ll work in diverse settings; from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres
• Utilizing an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment, you'll create therapy plans and provide life-changing occupational therapy to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding
• Work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals
• Building meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)
• Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub; sharing stories of impact, coffee and laughs
• You’ll tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor
