Job summary

Aspect is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Northern Sydney team and make a genuine impact in the lives of Autistic children, young people and adults.

This is a varied, community-based role where you’ll manage your own caseload while being supported by a strong, collaborative clinical team, delivering therapy in home, school, or community settings to build practical skills and independence.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Full AHPRA registration.
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle (km and tolls reimbursed).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Working With Children Check (state-based).
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You.
  • International police check (if required).

Responsibilities

Salary: $81.7K – $121K inc super (FTE)

You’ll work directly with participants in their everyday environments—home, school, or community—helping them build practical skills, independence, and confidence in line with their goals.

What your day will look like
