  • Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
  • Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings.
  • Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy.
  • Unrestricted driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

About the role:

BaptistCare is one of Australia's largest home care providers and a leader in service quality and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in the Northern Suburbs - Brunswick, Coburg and Fawkner.

You will deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care. Your work will support older people to maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence, enabling them to continue living safely at home.

About you:
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
  • Demonstrated abilityto assess and deliver individualised occupational therapy programs for aged care clients in a community setting
  • Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, or community settings
  • Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
  • Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated computer literacy
  • Alignment with BaptistCare's values and mission
  • Current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Insurance.
