Working across clients’ homes and community settings, you’ll enjoy a varied and rewarding role where your clinical expertise can have a direct and meaningful impact. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and clinical caseload while working autonomously in the community, with the support of a collaborative multidisciplinary Allied Health team. Your work will include comprehensive assessments, tailored interventions, reablement strategies, assistive technology and equipment prescription, and recommendations for home modifications.
