Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop treatment plans
• Work with clients to develop goals and objectives for therapy
• Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to help clients achieve their goals
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate clients and families on how to use adaptive equipment and techniques to improve daily living skills
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' progress and treatment plans
