Job summary

ORS Group in Melbourne is seeking an Occupational Therapist with around 2 years' experience to join our Mount Waverley team. You will deliver therapy and assessments across a mixed caseload, supporting clients across the lifespan and contributing to functional outcome reporting.

This role offers flexible hours, work-from-home admin days, structured onboarding, regular supervision, and a large national network for mentoring and career development within a supportive, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration are required.
• Around 2 years of clinical experience in OT.
• Experience with Assistive Technology and Home Modifications is preferred.
• Commitment to person-centred care and ongoing professional development.
• Valid driver’s licence or access to a vehicle is required.

Occupational Therapist – Mount Waverley

This role is ideal for clinicians who are confident in the fundamentals and ready to broaden their experience. You will:

• Deliver therapy and assessments across a mixed caseload
• Work with participants across the lifespan
• Complete Functional Capacity Assessments and reports
• Support Assistive Technology recommendations and interventions
• Develop skills in home modifications and complex cases (with support)
• Work across clinic, community, school, and home settings

You’ll have the opportunity to stretch your clinical skills while being supported every step of the way.
