Job summary

Avina is seeking Occupational Therapists across locations to join a growing multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based therapy for NDIS participants. Roles include home, school, clinic and community settings with flexible, hybrid arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have registration with AHPRA, a passion for client-centred care, and the ability to work collaboratively with families, educators and other professionals. Structured supervision and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional and person-centred Occupational Therapy services.
• Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy.
• Support participants to achieve meaningful goals and increase independence.
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage a varied caseload across community, clinic and telehealth settings.
• Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities.
