Job summary

Avina is hiring Occupational Therapists across multiple locations nationwide. You will deliver strengths-based, evidence-informed therapy to NDIS participants in home, school, clinic and community settings.

Join a growing multidisciplinary team with structured supervision, flexible/hybrid working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development and career progression. Current AHPRA registration required; drivers licence and vehicle preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy degree.
• Current AHPRA registration or eligibility to apply.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community work.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional and person-centred Occupational Therapy services
• Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
• Support participants to achieve meaningful goals and increase independence
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators and multidisciplinary teams
• Manage a varied caseload across community, clinic and/or telehealth settings
• Participate in supervision, peer collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities
