Day to Day key responsibilities include:

• Supporting children and families across home and community settings to navigate the NDIS and achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Conducting functional and standardised assessments in a variety of environments.
• Delivering tailored therapy programs aligned with each client’s individual goals.
• Completing progress notes, reports, and documentation to professional and NDIS standards.
• Collaborating with families, support staff and multidisciplinary teams.
• Recommending assistive technology, equipment, and environmental modifications where required.
• Providing education and practical strategies to families, carers and support networks.
• Managing a flexible mobile caseload across the Gold Coast.
