Job summary

Therapy Partners on the Gold Coast is seeking an Adolescent/Adult Occupational Therapist to join our established team. This full-time or part-time role offers a community-based caseload with the option to include clinic days if desired, and a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You'll have control over your caseload and workload, with flexible working arrangements and opportunities to develop skills in assessment, report writing and assistive technology for adolescents and adults.

Qualifications

• Must be an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist or currently awaiting registration.
• Experience with adolescents and adults preferred.
• Ability to work in community-based settings and adaptable to clinic days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT services to adolescents and adults in a community setting.
• Shape caseload to align with interests and strengths.
• Conduct assessments and prepare reports, including functional capacity assessments.

Therapy Partners is looking for an Adolescent/Adult Occupational Therapist to join our established Gold Coast team.

We offer something pretty simple: a supportive team, a realistic workload and the flexibility to build a role around the clinical work you actually enjoy.

This is primarily a community-based position, with the option to include clinic days if desired. You'll work alongside an experienced team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners who genuinely collaborate and support one another.

Our therapists have flexibility to shape their caseload around their interests and strengths, including:

• Adolescents and Adults
• Functional Capacity Assessments and report writing
