Job summary

Stream Healthcare in Brisbane is seeking Occupational Therapists at early career and experienced levels to cover Aged Care, Paediatric and NDIS caseloads across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

You will assess and tailor therapy plans, collaborate with families and MDTs, and implement home and workplace modifications, with in-clinic and community-based opportunities. Flexible hours and WFH options are available.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration in Australia.
• National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans to improve independence, function and quality of life.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve client outcomes.
• Prescribe and implement home and workplace modifications and assistive technology where appropriate.
• Support recovery, disability management, and overall quality of life.
• Work in schools, homes, clinics, or community settings – as preferred.

Stream Healthcare is recruiting for early career and experienced Occupational Therapists across Brisbane and surrounding areas!

We have a range of Aged Care, Paediatric and mixed NDIS caseloads available, with opportunities to work across different settings depending on your experience and interests. Whether you’re at the beginning of your career or have years of experience, we would love to hear from you!

Locations include; Brisbane CBD, Greater Brisbane, Logan, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Cairns, Hervey Bay + MORE!

Your role will involve:

• Conducting assessments and developing and delivering tailored therapy plans to improve independence, function and quality of life
• Collaborating with families and within a multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible service and outcomes to clients
• Prescribing and implementing home and workplace modifications and assistive technology, where appropriate
• Supporting recovery, disability management, and overall quality of life
• Working in schools, homes, clinics, or community settings – completely up to you!
