Job summary

• Provide community allied health services within a multidisciplinary context to individual clients residing in remote settings, utilising a time limited, goal based, assessment/consultative service delivery model in collaboration with families, schools, clinics, aged care services and other involved stakeholders.
• Collaborate with families, schools, clinics, aged care services and other stakeholders to deliver services within government legislation and allocated resources.
