Lifecare Homecare in Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality assessments and interventions that support independent living for our clients in their own homes.
You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to plan, deliver and evaluate personalized therapies, write reports meeting funding body standards (NDIS, DVA, Medicare) and reflect our values of care, respect, integrity and service excellence.
As a full time or part time Occupational Therapist you will be providing high-quality assessments and interventions to our clients to support independent living. This encompasses ensuring effective and efficient assessment, planning, interventions and evaluation in a multi-disciplinary setting.
