Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and registration with the relevant professional board.
• Experience working with NDIS participants is preferred.
• Current driver's license and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments for adults and children.
• Develop tailored intervention plans to improve independence and daily living.
• Collaborate with families, support networks and other health professionals.
• Recommend and assist with assistive technology and home modifications.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case notes in a timely manner.
