Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd in Adelaide’s Osborne site is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to deliver on-site health services, injury management and health monitoring across the workforce. This opportunity can be full-time or split across two part-time roles, with shifts from 4:00pm to 12:30am.

You’ll coordinate rehabilitation, maintain records and liaise with medical practitioners to achieve positive health outcomes. You’ll work autonomously with strong confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in occupational health nursing.
• Strong clinical skills including injury management, health assessments (spirometry, audiometry, ECG, venepuncture, vaccinations).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience maintaining health databases and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and confidentiality.
• Experience coordinating workplace rehabilitation and return-to-work programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational health services including injury management, wound care, drug and alcohol testing, health monitoring.
• Coordinate rehabilitation and return-to-work programs for injured employees and manage rehabilitation case files.
• Deliver health monitoring, employee health education and wellbeing initiatives across the site.
• Maintain accurate health, injury and rehabilitation records, databases and reporting systems.
• Liaise with medical practitioners, rehabilitation providers, workers compensation stakeholders and internal teams to achieve positive health outcomes.
