Job summary

Happy Health invites a motivated Health Professional to join our Singleton office as an Occupational Health Consultant. The role supports occupational health assessments, onsite services, and workplace health initiatives, with occasional travel to Warner's Bay client sites.

Based at our Singleton office, you will work Mon-Thurs part-time, delivering high-quality, client-focused services while upholding confidentiality and reporting accuracy. Preference for RN/OT/EP/PT with relevant registrations.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN), or Occupational Therapist (OT), Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist.
• Relevant registration (APHRA, ESSA).
• Authorised Nurse Immuniser accreditation (extremely desirable).
• Current driver’s licence (Full, no limitations).
• CPR certification (desirable).
• First Aid certification (desirable).

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Health Professional to join our multi-disciplinary team.

Based at our Singleton office, with occasional travel to our Warner's Bay office and client sites as required.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct a range of occupational health assessments including onsite services
• Support workplace health initiatives
• Deliver high-quality, client-focused services

About You

The ideal candidate will bring experience in occupational health or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop in this field.

You will have:

Experience in, or willingness to learn:

• Functional assessments
• Audiometry
• Spirometry
• Drug & alcohol testing
• Excellent communication skills with a professional, approachable manner
• Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• A strong team focus with a proactive and supportive approach
• A commitment to continuous improvement
• A clear understanding of confidentiality and privacy requirements
